The space
Beautiful neighborhood close to Merrill Field and downtown Anchorage. We rent two bedrooms in the winter and 4 bedrooms in the summer months.
Yoga room, sauna, access to bike trails right out the back yard.
Guest access
Wi-Fi, bikes for using on the bike trails, yoga/workout room, sauna.
During your stay
This is a shared space during the winter, we have two dogs. It is all your space during the summer, we are gone for work and will not be home during your stay. We are always available via cell phone and text for helpful local hints.
Other things to note
This is a shared space during the winter months October-May, we are not home often. During the summer months the space is all yours. In the winter we have one dog that is at home when we are home.
WINTER Oct-May: Pricing is for two bedrooms with your own bathroom, up to 4 people total. When booking if you are in need of the 2nd or 3rd bedroom there is an additional cost.
SUMMER: Pricing is for 4 bedrooms with your own bathroom, up to 8 people total.
This place is fantastic it will not disappoint, fully stocked for your Alaskan adventure.
