- Maximum 3 boats, parking on driveway only
- No fish remains to be dumped on property or placed within garbage cans. There is a disposal facility at the State Park.
- Baking pans and trays are provided and to be used in the oven (extra oven cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit)
- Golf cart rental (4 and 6 seaters are available) and hangar rental are available at an extra cost, first come first served.
