On the pond next to The Little Red River. Dock your boat in the neighborhood boat dock. Three Bedrooms plus a loft. One king and the queen have adjustable massage mattresses. Two king beds, one queen & 2 twin beds. Indoor/Outdoor fireplaces, Fire pit, two kayaks for the pond. Game room with Large TV with sound bar, pool table, darts, and bar that turns into a game table with poker, cards, roulette, etc.

Other things to note
There are two masters. TVs in all bedrooms, loft, living room, and game room. The main floor master has a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed and a master bath with a separate shower and corner jetted tub. The 2nd master downstairs has a king bed and a full/queen futon. (This can accommodate four people.) with door to hall bath with shower/tub. Another bedroom down has a queen Tempur-Pedic. Loft upstairs has two twin beds. The stairs are open and not safe for unattended children. There are two full baths. Two kayaks are available for you to use. You must read the manual for use. Please feel free to go through the kitchen cabinets to look for things, as they do get moved around. Have an amazing time!
